These two wonderful humans met online gaming and the most beautiful love grew from it.

Neo from Nova Scotia, and Steven from Texas, just two people connecting over all things nerdy and making it work long distance until they can join their lives together. And join they did! 

They opted to have a very intimate ceremony and celebration at the Harbourfront Marriott in downtown Halifax on day one, and even more intimate adventure 2 days later on Brier Island, Nova Scotia. 

Steven actually proposed at Balancing Rock so it was a hike very much on their list for the elopement. To add icing on the proverbial cake, them and their closest loved ones booked a private charter on Brier Island for Whale Watching! Neo is a marine biologist, so I can’t think of anything more fitting. <3 

They used Brier Island Whale and Seabird Cruises who are just fantastically knowledgeable and all around great people. And since the boat was so spacious, we could move freely around the bottom and top deck for the best viewing potential. The boat sails through the Bay of Fundy, where we’ve got the highest tides in the world. So cool!

We had the unbelievable luck to see several Humpback Whales, puffins, dolphins, a seal, and many other sea birds! We even got to see a couple of breaches, some playful fin behaviour, and adorable tail flicks! 

It was an experience we will absolutely never forget, and we are so dang grateful we were able to meet these two fantastic humans and capture these moments for them.
