It’s not every day we get to have a wedding on a farm. Doggos, chickens, horses, you name it. There were so many animals! Obviously I was over the moon. Jacob looked like an absolute stud, but Ashley was clearly the mane event. Kevin and I saddled up with unbridled enthusiasm for the big day (okay that last one was a pun on horses aaaaand brides! I’m a machiiiiine! I quack myself up! CAN’T STOP WON’T STOP)… K that’s mostly out of my system now..
This was our first time photographing at Windgate just outside of Annapolis Royal and honestly we couldn’t have been happier. It’s such a treat when we get to leave Halifax for a wedding. Also, it was a beautiful day, with a gorgeous couple. There were tonnes of homages to nerd culture that made it SO brilliant for us, and so special for them. When Ashley walked down the aisle to Shire moosic (I guess I’m not done afterall) my heart did a little flop, and I’m pretty sure Kevin squealed internally when he realised Jacob had the Halo ring for his wedding band, hehe.
Needless to say, we were udderly thrilled to be part of such a wonderful day! The photos speak for themselves.
(I make no apologies for all the terrible puns).
Look!
