Hatfield Farm is the perfect spot for a Summer wedding here in Nova Scotia. One of the few venues in Nova Scotia that legit includes absolutely everything when you book with them, Hatfield Farm takes care of it all! Including a mechanical bull and a bouncy castle, so, sign me up amirite?! Only thing it doesn’t include is your dope photographers, that’s where we come in!

Jess and Brandon had the most heartwarming, adorable, and beautiful day and we had a blast spending it with them. I’ve honestly never felt so welcome by a group in a wedding – as soon as I walked into the room it poured with love and I have never received so many compliments! The gals were so dang positive, sweet, encouraging, kind, and thoughtful and FUN and an unbelievable pleasure to be around. Jess’ Mom even took my photo on her phone to keep for herself which was just the sweetest!! Their energy was infectious and you could feel it the whole dang day!

Hatfield Farm isn’t a venue we shoot at often, and we were pleasantly surprised with how cute it is! It really is a magical venue for that Summer wedding vibe. The couple get a horse drawn carriage with a very friendly horsey, and run of the grounds for portraits after the ceremony. There were some gorgeously lit moss-filled fairytale woods that we went straight for, and then we had a blast walking about the buildings, playing on the swings, and meandering through the forest. Not to mention it’s lake side so you get a view, too! The ceremony takes place under a cute little gazebo near the forest and lake, and it’s just the perfect setting for a quaint farm wedding.

Jess and Brandon were just the most down to earth caring humans, and after the photos we heard some seriously tear-jerking words from their loved ones accompanied by some yummy apple pie. Could it get any better?
